James Hardie is an experienced aviation leader and consultant with over 30 years in the sector, spanning military, commercial, and business aviation. He has held senior roles in operations, safety, and digital transformation, including at Collins Aerospace and ARINC, and is currently Director of Course Correction Consulting Ltd. A board member of the British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA), James advises across the aviation ecosystem, from technology startups to aircraft operators, on strategic planning, safety, and regulatory alignment. James holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and brings a systems-level understanding of safety culture, human factors, and behavioural risk. He remains committed to shaping a safe, innovative, and resilient future for aviation.
