UAS Forward Discussion - New Regulations

At EBACE 2025 I was invited to a panel hosted by UAS International Trip Support to consider what operators need to know about aviation regulations. I discussed my experience with regulators in various jurisdictions while enabling new technology adoption and how important it is to work with regulators to build Acceptable Means of Compliance within regulations. However, one must also remember that some regulations are serving certain established interests and the status quo. This may be a blocker on innovation that does not suit new business models.
