An investor review bridges a value-creation plan to the management and organisational capabilities required to deliver it.
  • Focused pre-review scoping and evidence request linked to the investment thesis.
  • One facilitated review day examining founder dependency, management capacity, decision rights, organisational memory and AI readiness.
  • An evidence-backed capability and risk map that separates observations, assumptions and material uncertainties.
  • A prioritised first-100-day action map, including likely remediation demands, management attention and cost drivers.
  • Optional participation from legal, financial, technical, cyber, people, regulatory or aviation specialists where the transaction requires it.

The review opens a structured organisational judgement. It does not replace financial, legal, commercial, technical, cyber, regulatory or employment due diligence.

The framework behind the service

LEAD with EASE™ for Organisational Judgement is James Hardie’s double mnemonic, developed in April 2025 and first published on 23 July 2025. LEAD describes the changing posture of the leader or facilitator: Learn, Educate, Advise and Delegate. EASE describes the organisation’s journey: Explore, Align, Support and Empower. Neither is a rigid sequence. Together they strengthen shared reality, explicit decision rights, useful support and genuine delegated authority. The aim is not effortless leadership, but the removal of avoidable friction, repeated heroics and dependence on one founder or expert.
